This document defines the legal relationship between the okok platform and its users. "Platform" refers to the okokapp.cam website and its authorised mobile applications. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

"Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, virtual sports, and other entertainment activities provided through okok. "Bonus" refers to the site's promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, weekly offers, and special rewards.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any dispute, these terms shall be considered final.

To participate on the okok platform, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing a false age at registration is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the account will be closed immediately.

Members must also be legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting under the laws of their own country. okok's services may be restricted in certain regions, and users from those regions will not be permitted to use the site.

2.1 Voluntary Consent

By registering on the platform, a member acknowledges that they are joining voluntarily, of sound mind, and for entertainment purposes. Anyone who experiences signs of addiction to gaming or betting is advised to read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on okok. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all such accounts and their balances may be cancelled. If multiple family members use different accounts from the same device or internet connection, each will be verified separately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Any account created with incorrect or false information, and all winnings earned on it, will be forfeited. To change any information, members must contact the support team directly.

3.3 Password and Security

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Members are fully responsible for not sharing their password with anyone and for not allowing third parties to use their account. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on okok can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made using the registered mobile number or bank account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. After a request is approved, funds are generally sent within 1 (one) hour.

4.3 Verification Required

Account verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Documents may be requested to verify the source of funds and personal identity. okok reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, the wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. In the above example, the wagering requirement would be ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

okok runs various promotions including a weekly deposit festival, slot adventure bonus, refer-a-friend reward, and birthday gift. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• When placing bets with bonus funds, the specified maximum bet limit must be followed.
• Each member may apply for a given bonus offer only once.
• okok may change or cancel the terms of a bonus offer at any time at its discretion.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been confirmed as final, it cannot be changed or cancelled. okok reserves the right to review and void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Match and Event Cancellation

If a sports event or match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded or the bet will be reassessed in accordance with okok's policy. Rules specific to certain events may be published separately on the site.

6.3 System Errors

If a technical fault in any game or betting system produces an abnormal result, okok reserves the right to cancel the relevant session or bet. In such circumstances, the member's original staked amount will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In live betting, odds change in line with how the event unfolds. Bet acceptance may be suspended at certain moments. Settlement of bets is generally completed within 24 hours of the match result being confirmed.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Playing games through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems.
• Stealing or fraudulently obtaining another member's account details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using the platform to damage okok's reputation or to harass other members.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use an account.

okok uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology to protect members' personal information. Details on how member data is collected, stored, and used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Financial transaction data is not shared with any third party, except for limited information necessary for payment processing. Information may be provided to government authorities when legally required.

The okok platform's services are provided "as is". okok does not accept liability for compensation in the event of temporary disruption due to server maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Participation in betting and gaming is voluntary and carries the risk of financial loss. okok is not responsible for a member's betting decisions or their outcomes.

okok is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or disruption to third-party services.

10.1 Suspension by okok

okok may temporarily or permanently close any account due to breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. In such cases, the decision will be considered final.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they must contact the support team. All outstanding bets will be settled and eligible withdrawals processed before the account is closed.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

A member may temporarily deactivate their account for a specified period if they wish. This facility is provided as part of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

okok reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via the site or to their registered mobile number.

If a member continues to use the platform after the terms have been changed, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. Members are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
